The city wall
It is supposed to be one of the largest city walls of the world. The city wall, with up to 360 towers with a height up to 25 meters, surrounded the antique metropolis, which itself covered an area of 3 by 5 kilometres.
The oldest city wall from the 3rd century BC went ahead up into the mountainous massif to a height of 400 m far around Antakya, where the last remains are to be found.
